Rios Ferrer, Guillen-Llarena, Treviño & Rivera, S.C., regularly represent clients before all types of administrative agencies and government enterprises, including the Secretariat of Commerce, the Foreign Relations Secretariat, the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Secretariat of Communications and Transport (SCT), the Interior Secretariat (Gobernación), and the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (the Trademark office known as IMPI). We have significant experience in administrative appeals and administrative injunctions. We also represent clients in biddings for privatization auctions, and government contracts, including contracts with Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex).
