Julio Gutiérrez Morales, is a partner of Rios Ferrer, Guillen-Llarena, Treviño y Rivera, SC since 2008. He is coordinator of the litigation area of the Firm and has extensive experience in commercial and administrative litigation, national and international, bankruptcy procedures and amparo or habeas corpus. Mr. Gutierrez also conducted a training program in Marval, O'Farrel and Mairal Firm, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2004, where he participated in the processing, review and monitoring of product liability litigation, as well as claims for damages. |
